Geoffrey Moore

Geoffrey Moore is a best-selling author, a Managing Director at TCG Advisors and a venture partner at MDV. Recognized as a leading business consultant to large companies facing formidable strategic challenges, Geoffrey works with established enterprises in his role of Managing Director of TCG Advisors. In this role, he divides his time between consulting on strategy and transformation challenges with senior executives and developing mental models to support the practice. With this focus in mind he has written Dealing with Darwin: How Great Companies Innovate at Every Phase of Their Evolution.
Also recognized for his expertise in market development and business and investment strategies, as a Venture Partner at Mohr Davidow Ventures he serves as an advisor to many of their portfolio companies by drawing upon best practices derived from his extensive background working with technology startups.
Geoffrey has made the understanding and effective exploitation of disruptive technologies the core of his life’s work. His books, Crossing the Chasm, Inside the Tornado, The Gorilla Game, and Living on the Fault Line are best sellers and required reading at leading business schools. Highly regarded as a dynamic public speaker, Geoffrey is the founder of The Chasm Group and currently is the managing partner of TCG Advisors.

Philip Deck
Philip Deck is the Executive Chairman of MKS, also serving as Chairman of the Board. As Executive Chairman, Philip is the company’s primary connection to the shareholders of MKS and he also contributes actively to corporate strategy, strategic partnerships and financial issues.
Philip served as CEO of MKS from 2001-2009, during which time the company became the fastest growing competitor in the ALM market as it transformed from a desktop tools provider into an enterprise software vendor to the Global 1000. MKS’s renewed product strategy, growth and profitability has positioned it to become the global leader in the ALM market.
Prior to joining MKS, Philip was Chairman and/or CEO of Certicom Corp where he established the company as one of the worldwide leaders in cryptographic technology. John Ruffalo
is Senior Vice President and Head of Knowledge Investing, leading the build-out of OSI’s world-class Knowledge Investing management team. He serves as Co-CEO of Inkef Capital, an international joint venture in life-cycle technology investing and is also playing a leading and supporting role in other OSI led initiatives.
Prior to joining OSI, Mr. Ruffolo was a Partner at Deloitte, as well as the Global Thought Leader, the Global Tax Leader and the Canadian Industry Leader for Deloitte’s Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) practice. Mr. Ruffolo serves as Chair of the Canadian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association’s Tax Policy Committee and the David Suzuki Foundation Friends of Ontario. He is also a member of the Corporate Fundraising committees for Sunnybrook Foundation and the Art Gallery of Ontario and is a member of the Toronto chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).

Eugene Roman holds the position of Chief Information Officer at Open Text Corporation. Eugene is a seasoned, hi-tech executive with 28 years of global experience in the IT, infocom, network design and R&D sectors.
He has a multi-skilled background in advanced technology, computer science, business development and finance which will nicely compliment the skills of the Executive Leadership Team. Eugene is a strong leader who encourages his team members to excel and work together on delivering above and beyond their expectations.
Eugene started his career with Nortel in 1981 upon graduation from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Toronto.
