Our Hub is the place we call home
We’re the clubhouse for the Waterloo Region tech community, and the place to come together to work and learn. Within 110,000+ square feet, we bring together key players—from startups and global brands, to government agencies, academic institutions, tech incubators and accelerators—to create an environment like no other in the world.
Focused on world-leading collaboration and innovation, the Communitech Hub is located in the heart of Downtown Kitchener. The space plays host to events, special guests and other shenanigans, serves as collaborative office space for a mix of tech and non-tech companies, and offers drop-in space for guests.

Our Hybrid Hub model offers safe, flexible workspace in the heart of the Waterloo Region tech community. Designed to meet the needs of varying company sizes and work models, available options range from mail service and meeting room rentals to full suite rentals and everything in between.
Territorial acknowledgement
Communitech acknowledges that the Hub is situated on the Haldimand Tract, land that was granted to the Haudenosaunee of the Six Nations of the Grand River, and are within the territory of the Neutral, Anishinaabe, and Haudenosaunee peoples.
We encourage you to learn about and acknowledge the traditional territory from which you participate.
