Building a community of practice to help future-proof Canadian workplaces
- Communitech and a group of community partners have joined forces to help ensure Canadian workers, organizations and communities continue to succeed as technology transforms the workplace.
The Waterloo Region Future of Work and Learning Coalition began informal conversations in January 2019 on what employers, employees, education and government can do to build a community of practice to help future-proof the workplace.
Over the next year, the coalition will be hosting events to drive conversations on the future of work and launch pilot projects across Waterloo Region.
We’ll also open-source our learnings and best practices within the community and share with other communities throughout Canada.
We invite you to join the movement at an upcoming event and help us shape the future of working and learning in Waterloo Region.
