Best for: Individuals new to people leadership
Experience: Less than 12 months of leadership experience
New to the people-management game? We’ll help put you on the right track. Leadership WTF will introduce you to leadership models and key principles that work in the tech world. You’ll build confidence and competence, find your leadership style and develop your own personal development plan. Stop asking, “WTF?” and join us for four awesome sessions.

Experience: Two to four years of leadership experience
The Strong Leaders program will help you become a manager people want to work for. Through this program of practical learning and 1:1 coaching, you’ll explore goal-setting, communication, motivation, coaching and providing feedback, team dynamics, leading through change and personal productivity. On top of it all, you’ll develop a network of fellow leaders in the tech community.
Advance Your Craft
Our Advance Your Craft stream of learning is all about hard skills training for the tech sector. We’re reviewing our research for topics and sourcing learning partners to bring you great programming focused on filling the skill gaps in tech.
The Digital Marketing Bootcamp is a roll-up your sleeves, hands-on introduction to the skill sets that are transforming the way businesses attract, retain and grow a customer base.
