Compensation Matters

Compensation Matters

November 4 and 11, 1:30 – 3 p.m.

Sure, compensation isn’t everything. But it matters. Having an established compensation structure helps keep you competitive when hiring and retaining employees. But the compensation landscape has changed – overall demand for higher salaries, international hiring and changes to workplace structures mean salaries are more complex than ever.

Confused? Overwhelmed? Not sure where to start? We can help – it’s kinda what we do.

We’re hosting a two-part workshop with Jessica Good and Michael Halinski, co-founders of VEHH Consulting to dive into:

  • Job architecture
  • Market data (how to access it and how to use it)
  • Base pay structures vs. market pricing

On top of a whack of knowledge, participants will leave the workshop with a customized salary band and a 1:1 follow-up discussion with our experts.

You’re going to want to save a seat for this one – registration is limited to 15 companies.

Eligible companies will be selected on a first-come, first served basis.
