But the compensation landscape has changed – overall demand for higher salaries, international hiring and changes to workplace structures mean salaries are more complex than ever.

We’re hosting a two-part workshop with Jessica Good and Michael Halinski, co-founders of VEHH Consulting to dive into:

  • Job architecture
  • Market data (how to access it and how to use it)
  • Base pay structures vs. market pricing

On top of a whack of knowledge, participants will leave the workshop with a customized salary band and a 1:1 follow-up discussion with our experts.

Jessica has practiced human resources for over a decade at organizations such as BlackBerry, Thomson Reuters and Schaeffler Automotive. She has extensive experience and hands-on leadership in total rewards; in her experience as a compensation manager, Jessica led the design and delivery of international base pay ranges, bonus plans, sales compensation design and equity programs.
