As a benefit of our partnership with Google Cloud, our early-stage startups can get Google’s Cloud for Startups Surge Package. This includes $100,000 in Cloud and Firebase credit, access to Google engineers for office hours, in-depth 1:1 architecture reviews and invitations to local startup events.
Google for Entrepreneurs Passport Program
Working abroad for a few days? Land at any of the 50+ participating partners’ spaces and Campus locations. Communitech members are eligible to work flexibly from any of the Google for Startups network tech hubs for up to 3 days.
Google Demo Day
Demo Day brings together a diverse group of startups from around the world to showcase their technology and meet top investors and mentors. Startups are nominated by partner organizations to attend.
The application process is competitive, and mostly geared towards startups that have secured funding and are looking to raise a Series A round or similar.
Blackbox Connect is a two-week residential program in Silicon Valley open to global startup founders seeking to hone their craft of entrepreneurship, amplify their drive, and fortify their company’s foundation.
Blackbox runs four Blackbox Connect programs a year, and each partner can nominate a select group of founders for each program. In addition, founders are eligible to apply for the Google for Startups Scholarship, and receive all-expenses-paid participation to Blackbox Connect.
Exchange is a week-long immersion program that bridges the gap between startups, experts, and new markets. This program is run a few times each year as a collaboration between the Google for Startups team and a Google for Startups partner. Startups within a specific industry travel to a major city and spend a week learning from experts in their field.
Communitech previously hosted international startups in the artificial intelligence and machine learning vertical for a week-long immersions program to help bridge the gap between startups, experts and new markets. More details here.
