Designed for ambitious, product-ready, scaleable startups, Rev adds process to your hustle through six months of executive coaching and tailored programming. We work alongside you to accelerate sales growth and establish a consistent revenue stream. And we do it all without taking an ounce of equity.
Headquartered at the Communitech Hub, we’re in the heart of the Waterloo Region tech community. But there’s no need to relocate your company. In-person and virtual coaching sessions keep you focused and accountable and allow you to keep business rolling on home turf.
- You have at least six months of steady or increasing revenue (minimum $20k consistent MRR or minimum $240K AR)
- Preference is given to companies with $1M or more in revenue
- The majority of your revenue comes from non-affiliated customers
- You’re in a fast-growing or emerging market
- You can articulate a path to $25M ARR
- Is on the market and implemented with paying customers
- Your tech is being led by a CTO or lead developer
- You must have 9-12 months of runway
- You have the ability to utilize cash flow to execute on sales/marketing plan – hire staff, implement systems, etc.
- You’re not actively fundraising for the first four months of the program (CEO must be 100% focused on revenue growth)
- In addition to the CEO, you have at least one other individual focused 100% on generating revenue
- You have the beginnings of a sales process
- You have a resource that focuses on marketing
- You have a CRM
Offered: Four times per year (Cohorts are six months long, kicking off every three months)
Cohorts begin on the following dates:
- February 1
- May 1
- August 1
- November 1
Where you’ll end up
In collaboration with our Growth Coaches, participating companies will set their KPIs for the six-month program.
Our Growth Coaches will help you to:
- Optimize sales and marketing processes
- Build the operational processes required to establish a predictable revenue stream
- Develop the strategic foundations that will allow your company to reach $25M ARR
- Train your sales leader on how to build and lead a sales team
- Establish cultural and leadership practices to scale your company
- If it’s part of your plan, prepare you to raise Series A within 12 months after the program
