By the end of the program, Rev companies will have an established and consistent revenue stream, and a solid plan for growth.

Our Embedded Executives will work with you to refine your value proposition and develop a solid roadmap. They’ll guide you through building sales and marketing processes that are repeatable, scalable and align with your vision.


Rev companies are rigourous; they move fast and thrive under pressure. Early in the program, we’ll jointly define KPIs and sales targets that are unique to your business. We’ll help you monitor and analyze those metrics and make sure you meet your set goals. We expect you to deliver.


Throughout the program, we’ll work with you to maximize efficiencies and minimize the leaks in your sales and marketing processes so you can set and achieve even bigger targets.

Senior executive with 20 years experience in global hardware and software sales, building go to market revenue-growth models and leading high performing teams. David has strong and effective communication skills, building businesses (start-up), channel management experience, large P&L management (Fortune 500), formulating new business blueprints (consumer/SMB/Enterprise/Government, B2C and B2B), leveraging SLA's, Licensing, SaaS, Cloud, Big Data, Mobility, and Analytics.

Heather Galt

Heather is currently the VP of Talent Initiatives and an Executive in Residence at Communitech. Heather brings a strong background in product and service go-to-market, B2B marketing, channel marketing, customer insights, and internationalization.
Prior to Communitech, Heather was VP Marketing at Kik Interactive, where she built the marketing, customer support, customer analytics, recruiting and privacy functions of the company Prior to that, Heather spent 11 years at BlackBerry in various marketing and channel-facing roles, including 5 years of working internationally with RIM's global carrier partners, and 2 years with one of RIM's largest partners, Verizon Wireless.
Heather started her career in startups, working in marketing and product management for two small companies.

Daryl Sherman

A serial entrepreneur with a successful exit in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, Daryl has a strong background in sales, having managed a global team sales reps after his last exit. Daryl also has experience in manufacturing, supply chain management, packaging, finance, intellectual property, patents and general business strategy. Daryl is passionate about building solid business and sales processes in the companies he mentors. When he's not mentoring other start-ups, Daryl is working on building his next start-up focused on the retail space.

  • generating revenue, but not predictably;
  • demonstrating significant customer traction to validate product market fit;
  • made up of at least one founder dedicated to sales and marketing;
  • focused on aggressive growth, with a plan to get to to $25M ARR;
  • able and ready to build out team with existing funding;
  • financially solid, with at least 9 months of runway;
