When the Fierce Founders Intensive Track cohort kicked off in July 2026, 26 women and non-binary founders stepped up to refine their business models, challenge their growth strategies and work shoulder-to-shoulder with Communitech Growth Advisors.

On October 1, 2026, 17 companies advanced to Phase 2, entering a hands-on growth phase backed by up to $30K in matching non-dilutive funding, high-impact executive coaching, leadership development and dedicated ecosystem amplification.

  • COROL Corp: Pioneers sustainable chemistry by developing plant-derived bio-polyols to replace harmful petroleum-based chemicals.

  • EcoSafeSense Inc.: An environmental technology startup specializing in real-time, AI-driven air quality sensors for sustainable urban planning.

  • Ai Land Games: The creators of "English Islands," an interactive, voice-powered educational platform that uses AI tutoring to accelerate children's literacy.

  • Anutio: An AI-powered career guidance platform that helps individuals identify and leverage transferable skills.

  • Deschool Online Inc: Connects classrooms with real-world STEM professionals through immersive, hands-on educational workshops.

  • CATTLEytics Inc: Provides data-driven farm management software to optimize dairy operations and herd health.

  • Haletale Inc.: Offers a comprehensive property management software platform to simplify operations for landlords and tenants.
