The Nimble Hippo caught up with RBC President and CEO Dave McKay. McKay is a University of Waterloo graduate and former programmer who started with RBC as a co-op student, and has brought some of the best ideas from the world of corporate innovation as he works to make RBC the most technologically capable bank in Canada.
