The CDMN Outbound Soft Landing program is accepting applications from qualified companies until Friday, Feb. 13. The program provides Canadian small- to medium-sized enterprises with entry into a new market for up to three months.

As a network hub member, Communitech companies are invited to apply. Companies will be evaluated based on several criteria, including whether they have generated revenue in the past 12 months, the stage of their business or product, and the viability of the goals and objectives they outline for their desired landing abroad.

Companies benefit from key contact introductions, co-working space and regional support to help open new markets, close international sales or connect with new partners. The program also provides up to $4,000 in travel support, and covers the costs associated with working at a co-working space. Travel must occur between March 3 – June 15, 2015.

Launched in 2012, the program has resulted in 144 companies landing in 25 foreign markets. More than $18 million in investment opportunities have been identified and $30 million in new revenue generated as result of the program.
